Malaysia, The Champion of AFF Suzuki Cup

First of all, let me congratulate Malaysia for being the champion.. But I'm not gonna talk about Malaysia too much.. I'm gonna talk about Indonesia which I think the real winner.. Who already wins Indonesian's heart..


As we know, Indonesia played very great in the group stage.. It won 5-1 of Malaysia on the first match, won 6-0 of Laos, n the last match in group stage against Thailand which Indonesia won 2-1..


Those results made Indonesia leaded the group A n went into semifinal with Malaysia as runner up.. Garuda, National Indonesia team's nickname, also become the best team who won 3times without any losses or draws..


@ semifinal, Indonesia against The Philippines.. The semifinal was held in 2 legs, home n away.. 


Coz of there wasn't any FIFA standardized stadium in Philippines, The two legs, home n away, were played in Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta.. That situation really gave advantage to Indonesia..


@ the first leg, Indonesia won 1-0, n the second leg Indonesia won again with the same score.. So Indonesia went into final against Malaysia who won 2-0 of Vietnam..


26th December 2010, The first leg away for Indonesia in Bukit Jalil Stadium, Kuala Lumpur.. Almost everybody, Garuda Supporters, thought that Indonesia would be very easy to win that match coz it already defeated Malaysia for 5-1 in the group stage.. 


But, the destiny told a very big differences with all Garuda supporters' hope.. Indonesia lost to Malaysia 3-0.. That was the first loss of Indonesia..


Some Indonesia's supporters thought that becoz of the Malaysia's supporters who were unfair by pointing laser to the goal-keeper..


The unfair Malaysia's supporters resulted to trending topics in Twitter which were 'USE LASER', '#MalaysiaCheatLaser', 'HATE MALAYSIA', n so many more that told the world the bad things of Malaysia's supporters.. 


29th December 2010, The second leg was held @ 7PM.. the trending topic in twitter also gave support to Indonesia's team, like: 'Support Garuda', '#loveIndonesia', '#garudafightsback', and Many more..


Garuda's supporters were really hope that Garuda would win the match with score 5-1.. or at least 3-0 or 4-1 so the match would continue to the extended time.. 


The loss of 3-0 to Malaysia were very hard n kind a impossible for Indonesia to win.. But we , Indonesia's supporters wish our team would got a miracle n win..


Finally, The referee blew the long whistle as the match was over.. Indonesia won 2-1 of Malaysia.. The first goal was created by Malaysia then Indonesia added 2 goals..


Although Indonesia won @ the second leg.. But the total goals were 4-2 to Malaysia.. Malaysia won the first AFF cup.. n Indonesia successful to be the fourth runner up.. 


I thought Garuda played very very good.. But seems it was unlucky.. It got so many chances, but everything came to failure.. We also got a penalty on the beginning of the match, but Firman failed to make it a goal.. 


Also the good things of Indonesia's team was.. All Indonesians.. Despite of many races, religions, cultures, and so on.. We unite to support our Garuda Team.. It was the precious gift to the whole Indonesians although Indonesia become runner up again..

Christmas Eve Celebration

Today was a Christmas eve (but, still a lot of people greeted me Merry Christmas. Not yet dude! Be patient! XP)..

Mom, dad, brother, Jacqueline n I went to Bethany Nginden to celebrate Christmas.. We went there around 10PM.. 

Of course, we were late.. I've told them that the celebration started @ 9.30PM.. But looked like they didn't hear me..

Although Graha Bethany Nginden is considered as one of the biggest church in South-East Asia.. But still seats were so limited.. 

We got the seats separated.. But, we sat on the back of the upper-ground floor.. Luckily, Still could see the stage..

One of the most interesting part was the candle section.. When the lamp was turned off n we lighted the candle.. The view was so incredible.. It was like the ocean of the candle light coz there were three thousand plus people inside.. 

Around half an hour before midnite, It was finished.. We parked our car outside the church, so we easily got out..

We went to Fung Ho @ Kertajaya avenue to have porridge as our supper.. Still very crowded inside..

Around 1AM, we finally went home..

The First Day I'm in Surabaya

Yeah.. Finally, I was here.. Back to my hometown, Surabaya.. Of course I was happy to see my family n my friends :).. 


Nothing changed a lot in Surabaya.. Yeah, maybe just 3 new amazing malls.. Grand City, Lenmarc, n East Coast.. 


I arrived @ Juanda International Airport Surabaya around noon.. My sister n her second daughter, Jocelyn were the first one who saw me came outside from the gate.. 


Then, my mom picked us n went home.. The surprising thing was Jocelyn could walk now!.. So cute, reminded me when the last day I met her still crawling on the floor..


About 4PM, I went to Carla Parlor @ Jemursari.. My hair really a mess.. Looked never been cut for a long time.. Yeah, that becoz parlor in Malaysia were damn expensive..


I also dyed my hair.. Just wanted to get a new look.. I dyed it with a brown-red color.. Looked very nice.. I like it so much :).. The new me!! :P..


It was about 3 hours I spent there to have my hair cut n dyed.. The longest time I have ever been in parlor (I did it! break my record. Lol).. 


@ the nite, my whole family (except my brother n Jacqueline) went to Lekko @ the Bonet area.. Really satisfied my stomach.. Coz I was so damn missed Indonesian food.. Yeah!!

Random Thought of Leaving KL

Suddenly I feel very sad to leave Kuala Lumpur (KL).. I don't know why.. I'm so happy to live here.. Maybe it also coz of I won't stay any longer in Lakeside Residences.. I move to Suria Mas by next year on February..


Actually, I don't want to sleep tonite.. I just want to see the lake (coz I know I won't be able to see the lake @ nite).. But seems my eyes are so tired n my mind forces me to sleep..


I will miss everything here.. School's life.. Hanging out with friends.. n so many more.. 2 months holiday is too much.. I really hoped that I can start the semester 2 faster..


I will miss u KL..

D-1 Going Back to Surabaya

Monday, 13th December 2010


My day started @ ±11 PM.. We went to AmBank @ Dataran Mentari with Belinda n Hanna by walk.. It was so hot by the time we were walking.. Yeah, Belinda didn't want to pay for a taxi.. LOL.. 

We had late breakfast @ Resto Surabaya near there.. It was nice..!! I ate rawon which I missed a lot XD.. 

Actually Michelle would join us.. But something happened n miss-communication occured -.-, so we went directly to Pyramid.. 

We just did sight seeing there.. Belinda bought a clothe for her brother.. We took only 3 hours there n went back to Taylors.. We went to Admission Office coz Belinda needed to pay for the accommodation.. 

After that we went to Rezzess food court to have lunch.. It was around 5PM.. We chit-chatted until around 7PM we went back to our room..


I took everything out to my bed.. It was so many things.. I really confused how to packed them up so I could move them easily to Hanna's room.. 


Finally I done with those things.. Feel very satisfied  after everything were in 'control'.. It was about 10PM when Belinda n Hanna came to my room to help me lift them..


After finished everything, my room were very 'clean'.. No more things left, except everything which I brought back to Sby.. I just played my laptop until morning n felt hungry.. So I called 1300131300, Mcd's delivery service.. 


That was the last time I ate Mcd in Malaysia in 2010.. Mcd in Malaysia are more delicious than in Indo Lol.. 


Around 4AM.. My eyes were so heavy.. I decided to sleep then.. That was the last time I slept on Lakeside residences' bed.. Will miss everything there..

D-2 Going Back to Surabaya

Sunday, 12th December 2010


Today we went to China Town again.. Coz we hadn't buy the souvenirs for our relatives or friends.. We went there around 5 PM by bus n then Using Monorail to Pasar Seni station.. 


We had dinner first coz our stomach really empty.. We went to a Chinese Restaurant.. Quite nice food :)..


After that, we looked for something to be given as souvenirs.. I looked for Paul Smith's polo-shirts.. We went to each shops there to know what the average price were..


We found a stand that gave the lower price.. But, we decided to go around to make sure that stand gave the lowest price..


Feeling very stress n tired of searching, we went back to the stand that give the lower price.. But when we asked the price again.. The stand-keeper gave the different price from before..


We were very angry coz we were cheated.. But, despite of very tired of going to others stand, we decided to buy from his stand.. Damn!..


It was around 11 PM, so we had to go home.. Otherwise, We would miss the last bus n have to take taxi.. Taxi was so costly >.< ..


I felt very satisfied.. Coz all souvenirs had been bought.. n I was ready to go back.. :)

D-3 Going Back to Surabaya

Saturday, 11th December 2010


The days were getting closer to the time to go back to my hometown, Surabaya.. That was why I need to buy souvenirs to my family (Hope they don't read this blog.. I'm planning to surprise them.. LOL).. 


Okay. This day started @ ±9 AM..I had to take the car back to Evelyn's brother's house (oh yeah. forgot to tell that the car was Evelyn's brother's Friend's) coz the car was already booked by someone.. 


We tried once again to turn on the Red Kancil.. But, unfortunately the Red Kancil looked still "sick".. No choices then.. We had to use public transportation.. 


We went to Sunway Hospital as the starting point of our journey today.. We waited the Sunway Bus there for about 20 minutes..


Firstly, We went to Pyramid for a lunch.. Also, an "accident" happened to Michelle's Sandals.. Lol.. It was broken off.. So she needed to buy a new one..


After that, we went to LRT Kelana Jaya Station by bus.. It was around 1 PM.. Quite late for us.. Waiting for the bus really needed much time.. Damn!


As what I've experienced the days before.. We stopped @ Dang Wangi LRT station to exchange to Monorail.. There isn't any LRT that going to Bukit Bintang Area.. We Went to Sungei Wang Plaza.. 


There, I was frustrated (or all of us? lol) by too many choices of variety of woman's clothes..  I didn't know what n which to buy.. We went to a lot of shops.. n mostly Woman's boutique (Now, I don't want to see any woman's clothes.. Too much seeing already.. XP).. I bought only 1 clothe for my sister.. A very simple one..


Maybe too frustrated or coz of something else XP.. We decided to move to Berjaya Times Square (BTS).. It was around 6 PM n we walked to there.. It was quite near.. 


Looked like each shop in BTS got the goods (clothes, etc) from 1 producer.. Most of the goods were similar to each other.. Quite frustrated (again.. =.=).. But, Thanked God.. So Thanked God.. Finally I bought a dress for my mommy, a T-shirt for my sister, n two children clothes..


What I learnt there was.. Baby's clothes were much more expensive than the adult's one.. Yeah.. It was unreasonable.. I thought it coz of the very high demand n very low supply.. That made the price higher (that was what I got in studying Microeconomics for a semester.. hahahhaha.. LOL).. 


But, cannot be happy first.. I still got the guys in my family that I hadn't bought any souvenir.. Then we decided to move to China Town.. It was already 10 PM when we left BTS.. We went there by Monorail then exchanged to LRT n stopped @ Pasar Seni LRT station..


We had our dinner first @ McDonalds.. We were forced to eat there.. There weren't anymore places coz they already closed (Hope we don't die young XP).. Shopping really spent a lot of time until we forgot to eat. XD


It was around 11 PM when we had finished or dinner.. We only got 30 minutes coz the LRT station will close @ Midnite.. We were afraid that we would miss the train..


Coz of so limited time.. I couldn't buy any clothes for male-in-my-family.. Moreover, my leg already forced me to had a rest -.-.. 


We went back to LRT station just 15 minutes after we had dinner n shopping.. Coz we decided to go back again on the next day.. But, Evelyn n Febe couldn't make it coz they were gonna back to Indonesia on Monday..


So we arrived @ LRT Kelana Jaya around Midnite.. The bus that going to PJS 7 finished already.. Shit! so we had to take taxi that cost RM 20 ~.~..


Today was a really fun day.. We just need to go back earlier.. Otherwise, we had to use taxi again.. Hell NO! >o<

D-4 Going Back to Surabaya

Friday, 10th December 2010


Today Michelle, Hanna, Belinda, Evelyn, Febe n I went to Midvalley Megamall.. We went there by car.. So that, we took the car first @ PJS 9.. We walked to there around 6 PM.. 


We (except: Michelle n Evelyn) got lost before reaching PJS 9.. It took about an hour to finally find the house.. PJS 9 was a large area actually.. So with the help of GPS (my GPS finnaly could work! Yippie :P), we could find the house..


We wanted to use the Red Kancil.. But, it can't be turned on.. So we used an old-type of Proton Sedan.. 


Looked like that today wasn't a good day for us.. After getting lost n took an hour to find the house, there was JAM!! WTF.. Yeah! I thought it becoz of the weekend.. Plus we got lost (again.. Great!) n must turn back by a very long way n also used the same way again which was.. jam.. ckck.. 


Finally we arrived in Midvalley @ ±8.30 PM.. It was also hard to get the car park.. 


But despite of the bad luck, we still had fun!.. Wohoo!.. I also found Hong Peah there which was requested by my mom to be brought to Indonesia (Waa.. I'm so missing Indonesia ;().. 


We then went to Mcdonalds (I'm lovin it :D) @ Dataran Mentari.. I accidentally had my dinner already @ Midvalley coz I've ordered food n the others didn't want.. It was about 1 AM we ate there..


After that we went home with a happy feeling.. Lol.. :D 

D-5 Going Back to Surabaya

Thursday, 9th December 2010


Today I felt really bored.. Then I decided to go to KLCC by myself.. I also wanted to do some adventures.. lol..


I left Taylors around 3 PM.. After got some problem with my Taylors' accommodation.. Firstly I went to Kelana  Jaya LRT station by bus.. From there, I directly stop @ KLCC station..


I just knew it that LRT became an underground train after a I-forget-the-name station.. @ Kelana Jaya station, which is the other side of the end-est LRT route, was an elevated station..


The KLCC station is below Petronas Twin Tower.. I reached there after taking an hour n half journey.. I took a lot of photoes of this tallest twin towers.. Wohoo!


I had my lunch there.. Found nothing there (actually my money couldn't afford some shops ;( ..), I went to Berjaya Times Square..


@ first I planned to walk from Twin Towers to Times Square.. Coz of no direction, I asked a middle-aged woman.. She said it was impossible to walk coz too far..


I went back to Twin Tower to get the LRT to the Times Square.. I knew that I had to take a monorail coz no LRT go to Times Square.. But, unfortunately there wasn't any nearest monorail station..


So finally, I found that Dang Wangi LRT station can exchange to Bukit Nanas Monorail Station.. Better than if I had to exchange to Monorail @ KL sentral station..


After reaching Dang Wangi Station, I walked again.. I thought I could walk to Times Square.. But, again, It was too far..


Then, I got the Monorail @ the station after Bukit Nanas Station.. I stopped @ Imbi Station.. It was directly in front of Times Square..


I went around n went in every male fashion shops.. It was three floors of fashion shops.. N I just bought a short..   Maybe later I would go there again to find some souvenirs for my family..


Around more than 9 PM.. I decided to go back.. Besides, my feet numbed.. I was so tired too..


I went back by the same way I went here.. I went to Bukit Nanas Monorail Station n exchange to LRT station.. From there, I went to Kelana Jaya Station directly.. Then by bus went back to PJS 7 n walked to Taylor's University Lakeside Campus..


What a really fun day..! I also felt like a solo traveler.. That is one of my objectives that I have to complete it. Lol.. :P

The Last Final Exam: Business Statistic (QM)

Friday, 3rd December 2010


QM was the last final exam.. But, I was so lazy to study.. Besides, I went out until 11PM.. So I studied from around 11 PM to 4AM..


I couldn't do the exam very well.. I got blank in my mind on certain number :(.. I thought it because of too limited time to sleep.. I didn't get enough sleep.. Just less than 4 hours..


But I really hoped that the result will be good..

This was officially the last day of my first semester in University.. I really enjoyed a lot.. I felt time goes so fast n just felt that the previous month was the first time I started my university life..


The second semester will be starting on the end of February.. But, I miss going to class already :(.. Here, I just waited until 14th December to go back to Surabaya.. I miss my home a lot..!!
